Crispy pata, barbecue pork, chicken inasal, crispy short ribs, and pork inihaw on banana leaves!
Here I see a mouth watering Filipino meat platter. It is so much in quantity. There is a plate and three small bowls for the dips. One of the dips is black in color, whereas the other one is red in color so most likely it is spicy in nature or may be it may be made up with tomatoes so not spicy and the third dip is transparent in color, which makes it very likely to be vinegar. The platter in served in a plate which consists of barbecue pork, crispy pata, chicken in alas, crispy short ribs and pork in haw. All of this is served on top of banana leaves.
