No idea what to call this one. It was inspired by a torta milanesa, but I couldn’t find the right bread. From the bottom up – refried beans, lettuce, chicken cutlet, queso, queso fresco, picked red onion, tomatoes, and avocado.
I just Wile E. Coyote’d myself in the face with a dolly.
