I did it again. Chuck/St Louis Ribs blend (~80/~20). Homemade potato buns glazed with honey butter. Jalapeño-infused mayo/ketchup dressing. Mozarella and cheddar cheese. Jalapeños and crisp bacon. Caramelized onions made with hazy IPA beer. It was okay /s
